Course content:
- Checking tools, testing facilities and appliances for operational capability
- Handling production plants
- Establishing steps in procedures and estimates of the required processing times
- Adapting test series and process parameters
- Testing samples and prototypes
- Evaluating and visualising data with IT support
- Arranging technical tests
- Documenting deliveries
- Efforts for procedure optimisation
- Assessing the material behaviour with regards to production methods and the required quality
Areas of applications:
- In the production hall: Controlling, handling, measuring, testing, inspecting, planning and organising machines and equipment
- Operation scheduling and quality assurance
Prerequisites:
- Certificate of secondary education, vocational extension certificate, general or subject-linked university level qualification
- Emphasis on the following school subjects: Correct spelling and use of punctuation, good mathematical foundation
- Good social and practical competence
