Bombardier’s Shared Services Organization in Cluj-Napoca, Romania is best known for its Centre of Operations having three major business units: Finance, Human Resources and Procurement. The Finance Operation Centre in Cluj is engaged in delivering complex and reliable services for 40 Bombardier Transportation and Aerospace entities from the EMEA region.
The HR Operations Centre handles every aspect from selection, global mobility, training and payroll are managed in Cluj for sites across the world managing up to 12,000 employees monthly.
The Global Procurement Centre combines procurement knowledge, cultural diversity, and a drive for excellence. The team of almost 250 colleagues is working closely with over 50.000 users.
