As a Bombardier lead site, Crespin is a global centre for both production and engineering expertise specializing in double-deck platforms and plant industrialization.
More than a thousand Bombardier trains made in Crespin operate every day in France.
The OMNEO platform, which includes the Regio 2N and the OMNEO Premium, is a family of extra-large articulated double-deck EMU trains that bring greater capacity, comfort and accessibility to urban, regional and intercity services.
OMNEO trains combine technical innovation with reduced maintenance costs and energy consumption.
The SPACIUM train for Ile-de-France Mobilités, the Francilien, is a state-of-the-art suburban train in service since December 2009.
As a consortium member, Bombardier is designing and producing middle cars for the RER NG. This major contract was signed with Ile-de-France Mobilités and SNCF in 2017.
Bombardier has also participated in projects for RATP in Paris – MF2000 metros and the MI09 for the RER A – and has produced a total of 700 Autorail Grande Capacité (AGC) train sets for 21 French regions.
Bombardier Transportation France is also developing a service offering that includes midlife rehauling, maintenance, spare part supply, systems repair and commissioning of rolling stock.
